I am thinking about minimizing my older flocks, my flock of Black Australorp is 2 to 3 year old hens (7 hens) and an almost 2 year old rooster. I’d like for them all to go together so I can have that pens completely empty. I also have barnyard mix comet hens (7 hens) and a full RIR rooster that are over 2 years old. I still get eggs from both pens. This is just an interest post for now.

We are going to run a special on some Lavender Orpington chicks SR. If you get 10 or more you cann get them for $6 each. They are 2 1/2 weeks and 1 1/2 weeks old and are in the same brooder so no need to split them up. Located in Gilbertown Al. The sale last for 1 week and only for those chicks.
