I am a little late posting this, but I am incredibly honored to be named one of Illinois Soybean Association’s 20 Under 40 Farmers for 2024! This year has been very challenging for me both personally and professionally, but this award helped me to reconfirm what I tell myself everyday- I believe I am on the right path even though sometimes I’m caught in the weeds.

To me, there is no farm without family. As a 6th generation farmer, I take pride in carrying on a long family tradition of taking care of the land and preserving it for the next generation.

This coming year, I have the honor of being an ambassador for Illinois Farm Families representing the Illinois Farm Bureau. I am very excited for this opportunity to share what really occurs on family farms, both the good and the bad.
