We have some exciting breedings planned this year even though we have had a slow start to the season and are still breeding. Check it out and let us know if you have any questions. As we continue to force outselves to maintain a small herd the majority of 2026 kids will be available 🙃

We are located in Northeast Pennsylvania, in the rolling hills of Bradford County. SBA Acres started when we needed something manageable for our small children to show in 4H and it snowballed from there!

It's been a slow start to breeding season over here. We really just have not had the time to even think about it with fall sports, but we FINALLY bred our first doe of the season. SBA Acres Epic was bred to Shady Lawn AC Indominous, a repeat that produced a stunning doe kid last year that is excelling in her new home. We can't wait to see what this cross does again.

We have some other exciting breedings planned this year that we can't wait to share.

We currently have or will have quite a few available goats as we just have too many that are the same age for show classes :( Trying to find the time to take pics has been challenging so we have decided to stop putting it off and just list them first and take pics this weekend hopefully. All does have the option of being bred to one of our bucks before leaving for their service fees as well. :) Please reach out with any questions.

Recorded Grade Does/Doelings:

*SBA Acres Momentous (CH Bellhurst Quintessential x Shady Lawn KV Cold Front) - 2 year old doe that is stunning. https://genetics.adga.org/GoatDetail.aspx?RegNumber=E002328906

*Goat-San Alpine Andes - a gorgeous 2yo doe from the popular Mint line at Goat-San. https://genetics.adga.org/GoatDetail.aspx?RegNumber=E002323588

*SBA Acres Serenade - late March doe kid out of CH Bellhurst Serendipity x Shady Lawn KV Cold Front- https://genetics.adga.org/GoatDetail.aspx?RegNumber=E002445648

*Owl Creek CF Himilaya - growthy Feb kid and she has WATTLES-https://genetics.adga.org/GoatDetail.aspx?RegNumber=E002434171

RG Bucks:

Shady Lawn AC Indominous - We used Indo lightly last season due to the small herd and we will absolutely be using him again and repeating multiple crosses. He has given us kids that just ooze dairy strength and improved traits across many different types of does. https://genetics.adga.org/GoatDetail.aspx?RegNumber=E002326250

Experimental Buck *ready November*

As we try to maintain a small herd and low numbers this guy will be available after we use him this fall. Indo’s kids this year were stunning and have shown very competitively. He is throwing growthy, dairy kids with lots of flash. Pictured is his Dam and his littermate sister. Please reach out for more info. He does have a unicorn horn but is a gentleman and has been super easy to handle. Clean herd. Gillett PA 16925

We added a pretty exciting junior buck and then were too busy to post about him but we’re even more excited he’s here everytime we look at him sooooo, no time like the present! 🙃

Bellhurst Rambunctious “Rambo” is such an exciting addition to our ever expanding experimental herd. As always we are so grateful to our friends Bellhurst Dairy Goats for always sharing some of their best with us. I’ve long swooned over Spunky and am so lucky to own her dam, Tess, who was been so influential in our experimental herd! So of course we wanted to bring in this guy and utilize those genetics as much as possible! We think he’s got a knockout pedigree and the looks to go with it.

🐐Dairy Goat Appreciation Week, Day 4!

Fun fact: Did you know that goat milk is naturally homogenized?
