Road Construction Update!

This Saturday (8/15/26) the concrete crew will begin paving from Main Street to Highway 32. This means we will only be accessible from Railroad Street for the next few weeks.

I have some good news and some bad news.

Bad news. Our corn cracker machine blew up this morning. It’s not repairable. (She gave us a good 60+ years!)

Good news. We already had another cracker here that we planned to install this fall.

Bad news. Considering the age of this building (and current electrical set up) it will take us some time to get this back up and running again.

Good news. We have a good relationship with other local mills that can help us get by with rolled corn in the meantime.

Please bear with us as we work on getting back up and running. Anything typically made with our cracked corn will look a little different for a little bit.
