🍄‍🟫🧄🧀🍕Are you a farm or you a pizza place? 🍕🧀🧄🍄‍🟫

We are established as a farm for the last 10 years, focusing on seasonal produce, three-season salad greens and year-around specialty mushrooms. That’s been the main thing for awhile—and still is.

About halfway through our journey, we expanded into this kitchen+shop to further showcase our farm goods and value-add our produce. With Liz being from Brooklyn, naturally we experimented by making pizza pies. Wasn’t long before we decided they were too good not to share.

The idea began as another way to serve up our shiitakes and onions, use our hardneck garlic to create a one-of-a-kind white sauce, perfect a long-fermented dough and use local mozzarella from our friends at Backroad Creamery. We still call that pizza our specialty. Initially, we served them up on only but based off everybody’s feedback we quickly shifted to 5days a week. And if we are going to serve pizzas on the regular, it only makes sense to make a traditional red sauce, cheese and pepperoni, too, so here we are doing all that everyday we are open and lovin’ it

More than 1 ton of onions harvested out of this little kitchen garden of ours this season, and we want to move them!

Mark your calendars, we are about to do it again! On Saturday, October 10th, we are bringing back the Ridgebury Giant Pumpkin competition for our second year. It was a great event last fall and looking forward to see what the community has grown in 2026.
