But I want you to know how you can help your horses between sessions too and to have an understanding of what we are trying to achieve!

Apparently it’s time for a quick reminder….

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Dahlia Equine Therapy, appointment times are reserved specifically for you and your horse. Because appointment availability is limited and travel may be involved, I kindly ask that you respect your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

* Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your appointment may be made without a cancellation fee.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
* Repeated last-minute cancellations may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments.

No-Shows

A no-show is considered an appointment where the client does not arrive or is not available for the scheduled session and has not contacted Dahlia Equine Therapy beforehand.

* No-shows are subject to a 100% session fee.
* Clients who no-show may be required to pay the outstanding balance before another appointment can be scheduled.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so that the next client’s appointment is not delayed. The full session fee may still apply.

If you are running late, please contact Dahlia Equine Therapy as soon as possible.

Emergencies & Weather

I understand that emergencies, sick horses, unsafe travel conditions, and severe weather can happen. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

For the safety of both clients and animals, Dahlia Equine Therapy reserves the right to reschedule appointments when weather or road conditions make travel unsafe.

Barn & Multi-Horse Appointments

For barn calls, wellness days, or appointments involving multiple horses, separate cancellation terms may apply and will be outlined when the appointment is booked.

By scheduling an appointment with Dahlia Equine Therapy, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.
