Good morning followers,

I know 4th of July is around the corner and we been asked about if we'll have out fruit cream sandwiches at the same time. But also at the same time our small at home business isn't working out because of funding issues, especially because we don't have any electronic payments for our services to keep business going. It's our fault that we can't provide easier electronic transactions to make our progress continue to serve you. The second reason we haven't started one already because we been looking for alternatives we can trust for both ends of our transactions. The first one being is because we can't fund that alternative through our bank. We had many ideas to bring to summer from our larger range of fruit cream sandwiches options to chicken and pork katsu Sandwiches and Korean egg and street toasts and whatnot. Even drinks to cool off from Korean Strawberry milk, Ades (grapefruit, green grapes, honey lemon soda, etc) even butterfly pea flower lemonade and cherry blossom lemonade. We apologize for the inconvenience we brought upon you, and hyped up this project while it's barely on a wheel. We can only hope it doesn't take too long to try to bring it up and going again. Hope in the future we'll be better situated to service you all. It really breaks our hearts to do this because we always look forward to serving a larger variety to our customers and bringing families together with our food, and the joy and heart we put into it.

Attention, I know some of our regular customers know, but for those new to us we are a family at home bakery making extra for ourselves and to save up on building an actual bakery in Gillette, WY some day. We can do orders big and small, unfortunately I know electronic payments are easy way to go around but we dealt with hacking before using Venmo and other cash apps is why we are a cash only base until we get some other more comfortable electronic payments. I apologize for the inconvenience, we hope to do more business with the rest of you and new customers. We are going with talking to the Urban Basket one more time for any vacancies in their shelves for bread and others.

Ain't nothing better than having delicious chocolate chip milk bread for any part of the day! Nice tip if you pan to have it, either a regular toast with spread is fine. French toast is a great upgrade, in this kitchen we love to make ours a custard like french toast to fill the breakfast plate. For dessert? Look up Honey brick toast, on awesome family night we love to cut a cube our of the toast and cube the insides and spread with our favorites from butter to jam and toast a bit in the oven. Then layer the cubes first and ice cream scoops above with more of our favorite ice cream sundae toppings. Have a wonderful bread day!

Tomorrow I'm making a variety of milk bread loaves, this time I'm not charging because all I want in return as payment will be reviews about them. I'll be making regular milk bread, chocolate chip, and Earl Grey. If you know anyone needing some food from going short or anything I'll send bread their way.

Hello followers

I apologize for the long delay, it's been crazy busy in my end to keep a roof over my family. But I have not forgotten about this page. With winter coming close to an end we have ideas for new sandwiches to come to our menu and more milk bread on the way. Things are calming down on my end that I just be able to put time on here. Never giving up, we plan to add Katsu Sandwiches with pork or chicken fried. Hope to even eventually add Chicken Karaage sandwich which is a Japanese fried chicken. Still serving fruit sandwiches now that Strawberry season is kicking in. There will be more to come and you guys still following this page I appreciate this so much and will make up for lost time.

Hello everyone, I know it's been a while since activity was going on in this page. Working for the Post Office has taken up so much of my time to come here that even coming home felt like a period to only sleep during the holidays. Although I made enough to help support the equipment to help my page, I also lost my job for the city Post Office. Due to my negligence I can no longer work for them, it was tough because it was something to help support my family it was also taking a toll on my mental health and well being and it was a day to make me realize that job wasn't for me. I'm still looking for work to support my family and make this bakery happen and while I look for work I can do what I can for this small shop I work endlessly for. I'm still making milk bread to sell and we plan to bring out more sandwiches and promote ourselves for the local farmer's market or any county or state farmer's market. Look out for Katsu pork or chicken sandwiches from our shop, and more goodies to come. We appreciate your patience for those that still follow our page and updates. We know budgeting at this time can be hard and we're ready to help even to lower or giveaway samples of our menu to help promote us.

Not dead, been very busy with the new job. In case I didn't mention before I'm now working as a City Carrier for Gillette. The hours have been hectic, but did so much for my family and I so far. Not to mention I'm also funding from this for more orders. Now our sandwiches will no longer be in trays for delivery. We now have sandwich wraps and packages for portable and safe travel and on the go. Since time off from the Post Office is unpredictable, I have to announce near the day of to inform on more bread on the works. It's what we worked on so far to keep this business busy and active as we learn with new things coming. We are also working on bringing Asian pastries to the page from Hor dogs to egg tarts. It's been awhile since we had egg tarts for sale. With Pumpkin and apples on season we are working on pastries for those as well. Starting next month there's going to be changes in the future for this name. As some of you who I made orders for know that I worked as a Hostess for Humphreys in Gillette. I'm now working a different job with better pay and everything, but will also take time away from the Bakery. So here's what to expect for the Bishop's Wife Bakery; there will be more supplies to make more orders for, more ingredients and new items to order from us. What we'll work on especially to bring all this is a certain time frame for both myself and for customers who still want to order bread and other baked goods is giving a certain day of the week available in both sides. Best we can do is keep up to date on here for more things to come, and hope our customers have patience for what's to come from us. There are certainly a lot of things we learned about this small town in Wyoming, and how beneficial it is for someone like me making and selling bread to others online. And we want to bring more and do better for the warm seasons again next year. We are taking random small and big steps, and need to get ourselves organized to work efficiently with the neighborhood. We do have a Fall menu on the works from Pumpkin tarts and Italian apple cake, etc. Any reviews on what we can do to improve and suggestions for our menu is welcome. We're still taking orders for fruit sandwiches and bread until the 29th of July.

We only have 3 pullman loafs and we clean and reuse to make the rest in this pic.
I can make and sell more tomorrow for the same price, we slice them before we bag them as well.

Message me for a loaf today, or a loaf within the weekend since I'm available to make them then as well.

We're making lots of milk bread loaves to sell today. Will update on the next post How many there are and for how much. So far there's regular, which we made the fruit sandwiches with. Chocolate Chip which is a best seller in town. And our somewhat new one that we never sold to the public before until now is Earl Grey. Been up since 5am and with one stand mixer it does take a lot of time.
