Happy New Year!
As we ring in the New Year we are filled with gratitude for you, our loyal customers, and for the blessings that have come our way.

3 years ago we started this farm to table journey hoping to help connect people with their food source. It has always been a top priority for me to source healthy, whole foods for my family. We were blessed to have this beautiful ranch, and had a lot of interest in our lifestyle. We knew we had been spoiled our whole lives with a freezer full of delicious high quality beef.

*What if we could somehow share this with our friends, because once they found out how delicious ranch raised beef is they would never go back to eating conventional again, and if they did have to... they would be back to get more beef from us right?

Time to start preserving, canning, dehydrating, and freezing. This hightunnel has blessed me in more ways than just providing food. If you have the means, DO IT!! There is great satisfaction and pride in growing food for your family that you know is healthy.

We love cooking with Beef Tallow and it’s the absolute best moisturizer!! Plus a great guide to steaks!!!

When you cook with beef tallow:
1. The oil is very heat-stable and doesn’t go rancid.
2. It has a much higher smoke point than most seed oils.
3. It fries food quickly and doesn’t soak into the food unnecessarily.
4. It’s very healthy and can be cheaper; you can get it directly from a farm.
5. Animal fat is healthy.

Haying season is under way! We didn’t get the rain we needed this year, but we did get a ton to the acre on winter wheat which is really good for this year. Marty is cutting some hay fields today and we will see if they will be good enough to justify harvesting. 🤞🙏🏽🤞
