For the Stuffing:
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh mozzarella slices (enough to cover the filling per chicken breast)
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 block of cream cheese
- Red pepper flakes (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)

For the Chicken Seasoning:
- Lawrys seasoning (to taste)
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Onion powder (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)

Instructions: 📝

1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375° F.

2. Prepare the Filling:
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, freshly grated Parmesan cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped parsley.
- If you’d like, you can add a little more seasoning (a pinch of salt and pepper here too) to enhance the flavor.
- Mix until well combined.

3. Prepare the Chicken:
- Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully cut into each chicken breast to form a pocket (be careful not to cut all the way through).
- Open up each chicken breast and evenly stuff with the filling mixture.
- Place a slice or two of fresh mozzarella inside or on top of the filling, allowing it to melt nicely during baking.

4. Season the Chicken Externally:
- Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the chicken (optional, for extra moisture).
- Season the outside of each stuffed chicken breast with Lawrys seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- Use your hands to rub the seasonings well into the meat, ensuring an even coating.

5. Bake:
- Arrange the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165° F) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Rest & Serve:
- Once done, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Garnish with additional fresh parsley if desired and enjoy your Tuscan herby stuffed chicken!

Send this to someone who you think would love this and follow for more! ✨

- Pasta:
• 12 ounces of linguine (or another long pasta such as spaghetti or fettuccine)*

- Vegetables & Herbs:
• 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
• 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
• 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
• A generous handful of fresh basil leaves (torn or whole)

- Liquids & Seasonings:
• 4 cups water (or substitute with vegetable or chicken broth for extra flavor) which is what I did
• Extra-virgin olive oil (a good “glug” or about 2–3 tablespoons)
• Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- Finish:
• Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Note: If you prefer, you can break the pasta in half to better fit your pan.

Instructions: 📝

1. Prepare Your Skillet:
• Use a large, straight‑sided skillet or a wide sauté pan. You won’t need multiple pots, so pick one that’s deep enough for both the ingredients and the water.

2. Assemble the Ingredients:
• Place the dry pasta in the skillet.
• Add the halved tomatoes, sliced onion, sliced garlic, and fresh basil.
• Drizzle the olive oil over everything.
• Sprinkle in the red pepper flakes along with salt and pepper.

3. Add the Liquid:
• Pour in 4 cups of water (or broth) so that it covers the pasta and vegetables. There’s no need to boil the water first—the magic comes as it cooks all together.

4. Cooking Process:
• Bring the contents of the pan to a boil over medium‑high heat.
• Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer.
• Stir every minute or so. As the pasta cooks, the water will reduce and the starch will form a creamy sauce that clings to every strand.
• Continue simmering for about 15 minutes. Check the pasta toward the end to ensure it reaches an “al dente” texture—the sauce should be thick but slightly saucy.

5. Finishing Touches:
• When the pasta is done, turn off the heat.
• Stir in a generous sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese—this is the final touch that enriches the flavor and finishes off the sauce beautifully.

6. Serve & Enjoy:
• Plate the pasta directly from the pan.
• Garnish with extra basil leaves and another light dusting of Parmesan if desired.
• Enjoy a no‑fuss, delicious meal with minimal cleanup!
