Broken T Ranch would like to recognize Herb as the Employee of the Month 🎉 ! Herb has been with the ranch for 6 years. Herb has shown great leadership skills and displays hard work ethic most of the time ( like 1 out of 24 hours) . Herb is the Ranch’s official Chief of Pasture operations. This title comes with very intense duties including: daily inspections of grass quality and naps strategically throughout the ranch. Please join me in congratulating Herb for his hard work.
