On-the-farm slaughter; beef, pig, deer proc We provide custom on-the-farm slaughter if needed as well.

Eagle's Peak Processing is a family-owned and operated meat shoppe in the hills of Buffalo County outside of Gilmanton. We can process a variety of products: beef, pigs, deer, bear, elk, antelope, buffalo and more! We also have many trim options available. We also take in pantry deer during the hunting season!

Reminders we still offer the 24 hour cooler service for your convenience.

We are also are a drop point for cwd testing. You can bring your head or I can remove the glands. I have all the paper work here at locker.

We are again doing the venison donation program. New this year they are requiring cwd testing on all deer not just adult deer. Bring in a deer and donate, we have been given some neat little gifts. A coupon book with great half of deals from local establishments, we have key chain lights and still some orange hats to pass out as well.
