What a spring/summer. The heat/ drought of May stressed so many of our plants. Many of our garlic varieties came out very small. Our early onions tell us they are finished (very early), but they are way undersized. The potatoes -- not quite sure what is happening down there. But we're bringing fresh onions into Gilmanton's Own this week. Our cucumbers are going crazy so I'm pickling using some of the onions -- they may be small, but they're great.
