Sad to hear my friends are closing their doors! Shop local and support your local farmers now more than ever! STEEL MILL FARMS thanks for what y’all stand for and good luck as you move to the next journey!
Well, friends....this one is going to be hard to write.
After much prayer, conversation, and reflection, we've made the decision to close the doors of Steel Mill Farms.
What started as a dream rooted in faith, family, and freedom turned into something far bigger than we could have ever imagined. God allowed us to meet so many incredible people, serve this community, and put good homegrown food on so many family tables. For that, we are eternally grateful.
To every customer who walked through our doors, bought a box of beef, shared a post, said a prayer, or simply encouraged us on a hard day - thank you! You weren't just customers...you were friends. You were all partners in this mission. We have laughed with y'all...prayed with y'all...and even cried with y'all. And through it all, the Lord has been faithful.
There's no drama. No scandal. Just a season that has come to an end - and we trust the same God who opened these doors is guiding us into what is next. Steel Mill Farms was never just about meat or a country market. It was about serving Christ, feeding families, and standing firm in our values. That mission doesn't end here...it just changes shape.
From the bottom of our hearts: thank you! Thank you for the support...for the conversations...the handshakes...the prayers...everything. Thank you!
We will be honoring ALL of our bulk orders made for 2026. We still have a few spots left, so act fast if you want one. When they are gone....they are gone!
Our last day open will be Saturday, March 28th. Please stop by one Saturday this month and share a handshake, a hug, and a fond farewell. "And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." - Galatians 6:9
With Love and Appreciation,
The Steel Mill Farms Family
