Many changes are happening here… bout to get the electric poles coming in and shop put up. We will get a new apiary location. Invest in more animals…rabbits, chickens, goats and such.

We gonna try a couple trap outs on Monday, one in Bettie and one in Longview. Both tree hives are very calm. If you have a swarm on your property or in a structure or tree… plz give us a call. Usually free of charge depending on location.

The wife (Sierra) and I drove over to Longview to catch a swarm off someone’s porch. It’s now back at the Rutledge Creek Farm and in a hive of their own.

Maybe today’s pictures will look a little better. Got out and did some cutting in apriary. Not one bee messed with me during that time. But when the mulch was placed under the hives… they weren’t having it. No stings, but did sprain my ankle.

The wife and I did a split and rearranged a honey super to the middle of a hive. Went thru others and got rid of queen cells. It’s all bout trying new things.
