It's 5 o'clock somewhere! We had a blast helping out with some "chill" decorations—and delicious food of course—for a fun Jimmy Buffet/Hawaiian themed 80th birthday party. 🏖️🌺🩴🌴🍍

Tropical-inspired appetizers included Chicken Satay on a Stick and Coconut Prawns with a Pineapple Sweet Chili Sauce. Yummm!

Now, if we could only find that lost shaker of salt... 🧂

is honored to donate delicious BBQ lunches for the upcoming "Day-at-the-Ranch" for Gold Star Mothers and Families of Fallen Service Members throughout the Central Coast and Bay Area.

This free event will be on Sunday, September 27 and is hosted by SOS Presidio of Monterey (POM) and One Step Closer Ranch in Morgan Hill. In addition to lunch, there will be live music, horseback riding, lots of games, and a pumpkin patch for the kids!

We can't wait to help bring some smiles to families who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Thank you to everyone involved in making this special day happen!

At we always love using the freshest local produce! These sweet late-summer peaches were grilled to perfection and absolutely delicious served on a peppery arugula salad with feta cheese, toasted almonds, and a balsamic drizzle.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had Jeff and the rest of the team at Fire 4 Hire as our caterer for our wedding at Kirigin Cellars, and we had a truly wonderful experience working with them.

First off, the food was delicious! We received---and continue to receive---many enthusiastic compliments on dinner from our guests. (And I'm still thinking about that tortellini with pesto cream sauce---yum yum!) We particularly appreciated the high-quality vegetarian options they offered, and they did a great job accommodating a variety of other dietary restrictions as well.

In addition, the Fire 4 Hire team was very professional and proactive in making sure the whole event ran smoothly. Jeff was thoughtful and responsive throughout the planning process, and he helped us think through various details we wouldn’t have necessarily thought of ourselves. We had around 150 people eating dinner, and the staff did an excellent job helping everyone get their food efficiently and quickly.

Overall, Fire 4 Hire played a huge part in making our wedding so fun and enjoyable, both for us and our guests. We would highly recommend them for your wedding or any catering need!

Well, it wasn’t our first Rodeo, but it was quite an honor to wrangle our entire Fire4Hire crew of chefs and servers to cater the Gilroy Rodeo Sponsor Dinner last weekend. We managed to feed all 750 guests (plus 50+ hungry volunteers) in about 30 minutes...a new record for us!

On the menu: an assortment of our tasty passed appetizers plus grilled-on-site Bistro Filets, Citrus Chicken, Rigatoni, and sides of Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Garlic Bread (hey, this is Gilroy after all).

Hope to see y’all out at the Rodeo this weekend (August 7-9)!
