Get your meat booked, 2026 Available Pork Dates:
Healthy for your family pasture raised pork. We will be working with Gilmore Meats butcher in 2026 (Waterford). We will have the following dates at 2.5$/lb by hanging weight to us and processing paid directly to butcher. Please message with your name and phone number to initially secure for what date and quantity, with deposit to follow for final confirmation. Will require a 200$ deposit per whole hog or 100$ for a half.
February 12th - 1/2 and whole Pig Available
May 21st - 1/2 and whole Pig Available
June 4th - 1/2 and whole Pig Available
July 9th - 1/2 and whole Pig Available
July 17th - 1/2 and whole Pig Available

Updated sold out as of today- 2025 Available Beef Dates Announcement:
We will be working with Steel Toe butcher in 2025 (in Girard). Starting with beef we will have the following date, price will remain the same at 3$/lb hanging weight to us and processing paid directly to butcher. Will require a 400 dollar deposit to lock in your name to a date for a half cow (800 deposit for whole cow).

January 31st. - sold out
