Excited to announce that 2026 butcher dates we will be offering 1/2 pit hog preparation for your summer cook outs.
Dates to show interest: June 4th, July 9th, July17th.

This is our first time offering this, it is flat rate of 300 dollars for 75 pound hanging half hog prepped for pit roast (skinned, feet and head removed). Reach out if you are interested in this so I can book the dates as such and confirm the option per date.
