We have a beautiful timber framed taproom adorned with local art and ski relics. For those who prefer the outdoors, there’s an awesome beer garden with fire pits and plenty of seating. We offer up four core beers and a series of rotating taps. Root beer, cold brew coffee, and kombucha are available for those looking for an alcohol free beverage. Tasters and 12 ounce pours are available to drink in

the taproom. If you are looking for beer to go, we fill growlers, sell 5 gallon kegs, and have 4-packs of 16 ounce cans with labels designed by Alaskan artists (for sale in the taproom only). Food trucks are on-site every day, and we have cool merchandise for you to take home. Girdwood Brewing Company is truly rooted in our community. We donate to a number of nonprofits and outdoor adventure organizations. Our brewery also provides year round employment to over a dozen locals.

Happy Labor Day, Girdwood! We’re open 11am–10pm today with a cool fishing event tonight. Join us at 6pm for a presentation on fishing in Chilean Patagonia with Francisco “Fran” Rivera of Matapiojo Lodge. Photos, stories, a short film & a look at life and conservation along the Futaleufú River. Free event, first come, first seated.

And since it’s Labor Day, cheers to everyone who puts in the work and keeps this little mountain town rolling. Brewers, bartenders, builders, guides, lifties, cooks, servers, cleaners, landscapers, trail crews & all the hardworking folks who make Girdwood it is🍻

September is more than the Daschunds, we are stacked at GBC. Here’s what’s coming up:

• Monday, Sept. 7: Last day of summer hours, 11am–10pm. Plus Some Waters Change You, a Chilean Patagonia fly-fishing presentation, 6–9pm. Free & first come, first seated.

• Tuesday, Sept. 8: Winter hours begin. Weekdays 12–9pm | Weekends 11am–9pm.

• Wednesday, Sept. 9: Fungus Fermentation Class with GBC Head Brewers. Sign up through Four Valleys.

• Thursday, Sept. 10: Packraft/Boating Gear Garage Sale & Swap, 5–7pm, followed by the FREE Packraft Film Festival, 8–9pm.

• Every Thursday: Ride Bikes, Drink B**r. Group ride 6:30–8pm, starting & finishing at GBC.

• Saturday, Sept. 12: HOKA Trailhead to Taproom with Skinny Raven, demo shoes 12–3pm.

• Every Monday starting Sept. 14: Monday Night Football at GBC every Monday. More details coming soon.

• Saturday, Sept. 19: OKTOBERFEST! FestBeär + 2026 GBC steins at 11am. Dachshund meetup at Fall Festival in the Town Square at noon, parade at 2pm, races at 3:30pm, free live music wit. Good Company at 6pm & stein holding at 7pm. Girdwood Izakaya, Bruceskis & The Pizza Box will be serving food all day!

• Every Tuesday starting Sept. 22: Trivia Tuesdays Saoud Sultan Alsulaiti. Teams of four compete for prizes and community bragging rights.

A quick heads up: we’ll be open 11am–10pm this week, but starting Tuesday, September 8, GBC switches to winter hours:
Weekdays: 12–9pm
Weekends: 11am–9pm

Food trucks will still be here every day, and we’ve got a packed fall calendar coming your way:

• STARTING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23 at 7pm: Free Live Music Wednesdays! Roland Roberts kicks things off on the 23rd, followed by Baker on September 30.

Come dance the night away with all your friends and soak up some great fall vibes on Saturday, October 10 at Girdwood Brewing Company as Hope Social Club takes the b**r garden stage at 6:00pm.
 
Tickets are $20 (plus $3.18 Eventbrite fee). Last time Hope Social Club played at Girdwood Brewing Company we sold out, so please buy tickets in advance if you want to attend show!
 
Details:
• Outdoor show (dress accordingly)
• Food trucks will be available
• Under 21 must be with a parent or guardian
• Please leave dogs & chairs at home
• Parking is limited. Carpool, walk, bike, take Girdwood’s free shuttle, or pay to park next door at the Girdwood Chapel. Do not park on Alyeska Highway. Do not block fire lanes, fire hydrants, or driveways

Taproom is open to the public from 11am-6pm. After that, it’s ticket-holders only!
