Registered farm in Glade Spring, VA selling at the Abingdon Farmer's Market and delivering directly to local restaurants. Our flagship product is Walter Groux Craft Microgreens (pronounced "GREW") - We offer Unique Quality PLUS Shelf Life! The Microgreens are grown indoors, so they are available year round. My journey into Microgreens really started when a good friend sent me a box of seeds. Micro

greens are very flavorful and highly nutrient-dense - with plenty of studies out there for your investigating. EX: Some of the nutrients can run as high as 40 TIMES the level in the adult version of that same vegetable! We also bring starter plants and vegetables when the season is right. Currently we are accepting cash, market tokens, and credit cards through Square (NO EXTRA FEE TO YOU!)
