I've been slacking on the socials, but not in the kitchen 😏

✨️🍥 Spicy ahi tuna stacks 🍥✨️

🍚 Sushi rice base

🥑 Layer of guac

🐟 Ahi tuna steaks seared on the Blackstone griddle, then diced and tossed in sesame oil, soy sauce, & sesame seeds

🌶 Topped with a gochujang aioli, sriracha, green onion, and another drizzle of soy for good measure

These were amazeballs, and I will ABSOLUTELY be making them again. My wheels are already turning with ways to switch these up 🤔

It's not often my ideas come to life so perfectly upon first ex*****on... but this lasagna burger SLAPPED

Grilled burger patty seasoned with Table 40 whole seasoning blend, topped with fresh mozz, a grilled lasagna roll up stuffed with ricotta, parm, & basil, homemade marinara, on a garlic butter toasted brioche bun 🤤

With mild improvements I can confidently say I will be making this again VERY soon 😏

Hubby and I had our creative juices flowin', and a night where we were both home and hungry before 9 pm 😏

Grilled lemon butter garlic porterhouse steak served with lemon infused fettuccine, homemade tomato sauce, and fresh ribboned basil 🍋🥩🍅🌿

And homemade roasted garlic worcestershire aioli for dipping 🤤 I don't like mayo one bit, but when I tasted how the aioli turned out, I DEVOURED it 🔥

Keeping this one in rotation, and you just may be seeing it again soon 😏
