Do you ever stop and look back for a minute and just feel overwhelmed with thankfulness for how far you’ve come? Whether it’s a small business, your family, or just life in general.
When we started Re*****on Ranch, we truly started from the ground up. We cleared timber, grubbed stumps, picked rocks, and planted pasture. I still remember how rewarding it felt that very first year finally running animals on land we built ourselves.
And please know we don’t share this to say “look at us.” We share it because none of this would’ve happened without YOU guys supporting our family farm. Every order, every share, every comment, and every recommendation to a friend has helped us grow into what we are today.
Our first year raising meat chickens, we raised just under 1,000 birds and started with only TWO chicken tractors. Now here we are heading into our fifth chicken season running NINE chicken tractors across pasture. That growth is because of your support, and we will never take that for granted.
As much as we aren’t scared of hard work, we also know it’s okay to make life a little easier sometimes too. In order to continue growing without completely wearing ourselves down physically, Seth made the trip out to Indiana and brought home something we’ve been excited about for a long time… a chicken schooner!
We are beyond thankful for this opportunity, for the growth, and for a tool that will help us raise more pasture-raised chickens while making daily chores a little easier on our bodies.
