For anyone interested in larger quantities of meat, now is a good opportunity for you. We have 2 beef and 2 pork going to slaughter on Feb 22nd(a week and a half from now), and would be happy to sell some of it direct as quarters, halves, or whole; if anyone is interested.

Just did a full restock at Anderson's. Added a new cut, Pork Loin Porterhouse. There are several different roasts, bones, and stew meat to get you through these colder months. And there are plenty of steaks for the grill as well.

Unfortunately we are running low on mild sausage, but we do have a number of other flavors(Hot, Hot Italian, Mild Italian, Sweet Italian, & Maple) to sample until we get the mild back in stock in March.
