It's so difficult for me to get individual videos and pictures of these piglets. I might need to get Terry's help 😉
Katrina has done a phenomenal job raising her litter. She's back in her pasture with her friends and very happy. The piglets are doing great 👍
I decided to leave 2 boys intact and will be observing them closely to determine if they will be available.
The tri high % white is my favorite so far
5 were castrated and at least 4 if not all will be retained.

Our Kunekune salami is still in the process of dry curing @ Nello's Specialty Meats in Pennsylvania.
We will have pre-sliced packages of Genoa, Pepperoni and Hot Napoli Soppressata available !!
We're also expecting our whole "chubs" to be ready soon in the same flavors plus Cacciatorino Piccante!!
Perfect for charcuterie grazing boards, antipasto salads, pizza toppings and my personal favorite spicy Italian hoagies !

Sometimes it's the little things that make it all worth it. Brief moments of peace and calm watching little ones do what they do ❤️ I'm simply admiring piglets over here at the moment and thankful that they are alive.

Poor Katrina 😱 her littles are getting huge and they're not quite 6 weeks old yet. She's the best mother.
