Monday, June 1st - Lunch Special: Loaded Baked Potato. Taco Style or Redneck Style (pulled pork)

What to expect for the remainder of the week, (Tuesday - Friday ) look for… Lasagna, Marry Me Chicken w/ sides, Meatloaf w/ sides, Shrimp & Grits. I’m not quite sure what day is what. After a very busy weekend, we haven’t had an opportunity to properly organize the weekly rundown. Stay tuned for details!!

We hope to see you tomorrow for a perfectly prepared sandwich or wrap, and of course you need a giant loaded tater!

A Sunday Rehearsal Dinner finished off our busy weekend. Monday weddings are beginning to trend.

40 Guests enjoyed Beef Tenderloin, Garlic whipped potatoes, fresh vegetable medley, tossed salad, dinner roll and banana pudding.

Lucas and Jessas guests were so kind and complimentary. Everyone raved about the Beef Tenderloin and Banana Pudding. A huge thank you to Matt, with Phillips Butcher Shop for always taking care of us at Local Roots. He gives us the best cuts of meat trimmed exactly to my specifications. It makes the cooking part easy!

The venue, Tayvin Gardens, is absolutely breathtaking. Easily the most beautiful venue in our area. The grounds are sprawling and impeccably manicured. The small amount of photos I captured honestly don’t do it justice.

Thank you to Mrs. Connie Maxey for asking Local Roots to cater, it was our pleasure to take part in your sons big day! Wedding Day is tomorrow, hopefully NO RAIN!
