The Old Cider Mill in Glastonbury, Connecticut is one of the oldest working cider mills in the United States, pressing apples since way back in the early 1800s. Every fall, you can watch cider being made the old-fashioned way and enjoy it with warm cider donuts or their well-known apple fritters. The rustic mill and farm stand create the perfect New England fall setting. Visitors also come for caramel apples, pies, pumpkins, and fresh local produce. There’s even a small petting zoo for kids, making it more than just a quick stop. With its long history, it’s a true fall favorite.
