Did you know our cofounder is a history teacher? 📚Today’s fun fact comes from the American Homebrewers Association: On this day in 1978, President Jimmy Carter signed H.R. 1337, which contained an amendment sponsored by Senator Alan Cranston (D-CA) creating an exemption from taxation of beer brewed at home for personal or family use! The pandemic obviously cancelled a lot of Bad Fishermen Brewing events these past few months but luckily we were able to gather safely to celebrate our cofounder Jimmy Pearce’s wedding last weekend with lots of beer including a special shandy created just for the couple 💘 Join us in congratulating him and his beautiful bride on a lifetime of happiness! 🍻
