The Nutty Amaretto

Ingredients
1 oz egg white
1 oz amaretto
1 oz vodka75 oz lime juice75 oz simple syrup5 oz chartreuse
Instructions
Shake well, strain right back in the other shaker, and dry shake (no ice). Serve up. Garnish crushed almonds.

Every season is Limoncello Season! It is Still Summer so enjoy a shot of Vincenzi Limoncello Di Torino! Great by itself on the rocks or in your favorite cocktail, Authentic Italian! From Torino!
Vincenzi Limoncello Martini
Makes 2 Martinis
Ingredients
* 4 shots vodka
* 2 shots Limoncello
* 1 shot orange liqueur triple sec or similar
* 1 TB fresh lemon juice
* ½ TB simple syrup

Instructions
* Juice half a lemon. If a sugar rim is desired, dip the rim of the glass into the juice and then immediately into some sugar spread out on a small plate. Repeat with second glass. Set aside
* In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, Limoncello, orange liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice. Shake well.
* Pour into the prepared glasses. Garnish with a slice of lemon and enjoy.

Or

Add a splash of Triple Sec or orange liqueur if you want to amp up the flavor.
Ingredients:
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Limoncello
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Lemon Twist, for garnish
Ice Cubes
Directions:
Fill cocktail shaker halfway through with fresh ice. Add vodka, limoncello, and lime juice to the shaker and shake vigorously. Strain cocktail into martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.

Cocktail Menu follows:
Espresso Martini

Ingredients
* Cocoa powder, to rim glass
* 1 ounce Bicerin plus more for ri***ng glass 
* 1 ounce creme de cacao
* 1 ounce vodka
* 1/2 ounce half-and-half

Steps

Add a small amount of chocolate liqueur into a small rimmed plate. Add a small amount of cocoa powder to another plate. Dip the rim of an inverted cocktail glass into the liqueur, then into the cocoa. Set aside.

Add the chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao, vodka and half-and-half into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into the prepared chilled glass.

* 2 ounces Limoncello liqueur, chilled

Bellini Peach Spritz

Ingredients
* 3 ounces prosecco
* 2 ounces Bellini Peach Liqueur
* 1 ounce club soda
* Garnish: orange slice

Steps
* Add the prosecco, Bellini Peach 🍑 and club soda to a wine glass filled with ice and stir. 

Garnish with an orange slice.
