Sunday meal prep. Keeping it easy by jazzing up Krusteaz pancake mix. Upped the protein with an egg and 5 oz. of plain greek yogurt. Plus, a tbsp of vanilla sugar, a sprinkle of vanilla salt, and measured with my heart the vanilla extract.
