This week we have a very special beer brewed in collaboration with our good friend Dario and his crew from the notorious Dario's in West Hempstead, NY…

Dario’s Double - DIPA - 8.7% ABV
Brewed with 100% NYS grown and malted barley, wheat, and extra oats from Dennis Nesel, three loaves of Dario’s delicious semolina bread in the mash, and heavily dry hopped with equal parts Citra from John I. Haas, Inc., Nectaron from NZ Hops Ltd, and Idaho 7 from Yakima Valley Hops. This brew is absolutely delicious. Milky, viscous, rich, and saturated with dank fruit forward hoppy goodness.

Dario has been frequenting Noble Savage since the beginning. As many of you know, he’s gone onto great success. Scoring an impressive 8.3 from Dave Portnoy of Barstool Sports. Dario’s been featured on Good Morning America and has worked with a wide network of fans, influencers, and businesses. Most recently wagering a friendly cheesesteak bet with the world famous Pat's King of Steaks in Philadelphia over the New York Knicks 🏀 and Philadelphia 76ers semi-finals.

Dario’s Double will be available on draft and in crowlers to-go starting this Thursday June 18th @ Noon. A select number of kegs will also be available for sale. Tag your favorite craft beer bars and restaurant’s in the comments.

We’re also whipping up two variants- one keg hopped and one fruited. Both of these beers will be available on draft and in crowlers to-go.

Brewed with and dry hopped with Peacharine, Southern Cross, and Nelson Sauvin from . Full bodied hoppy goodness.

Signature Synergy - Double IPA - 8.0% ABV
Brewed with and dry hopped with Southern Cross and NZ Cascade from . Medium bodied and fruit forward.

Neural Blueprint - Double IPA - 8.0% ABV
Brewed with and dry hopped with Southern Cross and Riwaka from . Medium bodied and Riwaka forward.

All of these beers are killer. All are available on draft Friday, June 12th.

Brewed with and dry hopped with loads of Waimea and Kohia Nelson Sub Zero Hop Kief from .

Both available on draft tomorrow, Friday May 8th.
Also fruiting one slim of Psychedelic Hyperboost with pineapple and peaches. Tapping tomorrow at opening. Come try some hazy keg fruited magic!

This Friday, May 1st from 6-9pm Downtown Glen Cove is coming ALIVE with the Downtown Glen Cove Art Crawl organized by . Stroll through our beautiful downtown and visit a dozen businesses showcasing local artists and musicians.

Stop by Noble Savage for original live music by Barry Waller at 8pm and a stunning photography exhibit by Marino Carrabs.

The Liquid Series is back!

Liquid Sunshine - India Pale Ale - 6.7% ABV
Brewed with the one and only , an excessive amount of orange blossom honey, and dry hopped with Strata & Comet CGX from and Riwaka from !

Cliche name, accurate description. Full bodied and deep orange in color with notes of tangerine, citrus candy, and orangina from the 90s. Tastes like sweet orange dessert.

Available on draft and in cans to go tomorrow Friday, April 24th.

Better yet we fruited another keg! This time with pineapple chunks, whole strawberries, sliced peaches, and mango chunks. Can’t wait to try it.

Don’t forget we’ve also have a delicious Spring Bock on tap. Come sample some before you snag a keg!

Excited to present our newest small batch speciality…

Sophisticated Savage - Spring Bock - 6.0% ABV
Brewed with a blend of Light Munich, Dark Munich, and Vienna malts from and hopped with NYS Cascade from . 100% NYS Ingredients! - Grown, malted and brewed in New York!

Medium bodied malty lager with notes of toasted biscuit, toffee, and sun dried fruit. Completely naturally carbonated and lagered since the end of January. Magnificent.

Available on draft this Friday, April 24th.

Not canning this one but we’re offering a limited number of 1/6bbl kegs. Perfect for your spring festivities. DM to reserve yours for pick up at the brewery next weekend.

Same wort. Different fermenters. Slightly different fermentation dynamics and dry hop.
Both available on draft and in-cans to go tomorrow, Friday, April 17th @ 3pm

Better yet, the fruited kegs were such a hit last weekend so we’re doing it again! This time one keg with Pineapple and the other with Mango. Adding a tiny bit of Idaho 7 CGX to each as well. These beers are gonna be lit.
