Meet the label for our 2024 Riesling, "Red Thread."

Artist Nancy Ivanhoe layers transparent color onto hand-painted metal screen until the elements take shape: yellow for sunlight, blue for still water, green for growth. As she puts it, "the red thread weaves these elements into a quiet gesture of transformation: sun, earth, and water becoming wine."

The wine is just as layered: stone fruit, fresh citrus, Gravenstein apple, and a bright mineral finish that lingers.

"If we can appreciate both the process and the results, there is so much beauty to be had." - Jennifer Daily, artist behind our 2021 Petite Sirah.

"These are the Days" was inspired by spring in the vineyard and time spent with loved ones. Jennifer adds layers upon layers, choosing what to conceal and what to reveal, a process not unlike the one in the cellar. The result: a wine with layers of cranberry, dark raspberry, warm spice, and a smooth finish.
