We met Union Sacré winemaker Xavier Arnaudin at the shop last week.  The Alsace region of France fuels Xavier’s passion for expressive, elegant, and balanced wines.  While Cabernet Sauvignon is not considered an Alsacian varietal, we couldn’t help but share it with you.  A great summer California Cab that is full of black fruits, licorice, and spice, we are excited to add this to our collection.  Keep an eye out for more Union Sacré coming into Marché.
