SCORE ALERT: Carpineto Grandi Vini di Toscana has another 90+ score from Wine Spectator with one of its newer additions to the portfolio. The Gran Selezione classification in Chianti Classico has only been existence since 2014, so this category of wine is slowly gaining notoriety across the world. A step above from Riserva, this DOCG requires an extra 6 months of aging before release. The 2022 from Carpineto received 92 points from Wine Spectator! Look for a bottle today! Salute!!
