We never thought we’d have to make a post like this, but unfortunately, here we are.
Rocky Hill Barnyard was created to share our animals, our kids’ accomplishments, goat shows, babies being born, everyday farm life, and the hard work that goes into raising and caring for the animals we love. 🐐❤️
Unfortunately, we have become aware that someone has been closely following our social media, taking photos, posts, and information out of context, and using them to make repeated complaints and allegations about our family and our farm.
There is a big difference between having a genuine concern for an animal and intentionally searching through someone’s social media looking for pieces of information that can be twisted into something they were never intended to mean.
We are proud of the care our animals receive. We have nothing to hide, but we also shouldn’t have to stop sharing the things we love because someone chooses to use our openness against us.
For that reason, we are seriously considering making Rocky Hill Barnyard private and becoming much more selective about who has access to our posts.
If you genuinely enjoy following our farm, please make sure you are following the page now. We would hate to lose the wonderful people who have supported us, cheered for our kids at shows, celebrated our wins, watched our babies grow, and simply enjoy seeing what happens around our crazy little barnyard.
To everyone who follows us with good intentions: THANK YOU. ❤️ Your support means more right now than you probably realize.
We will continue raising our animals, showing our goats, supporting our kids, and building the little farm we love.
Small farm. Big dreams. And we refuse to let someone else’s negativity become our story. 🐐🤎
