The bakery is back, the shelves are filling up, and I’m pretending I’m fully unpacked from Italy when we all know that is absolutely not true.

Today at 12:30 the stand will be stocked with breads and treats until sold out.

Come grab something good — I missed feeding you all.

We’re back!

After the sweetest trip to Italy — where I fully committed myself to pasta, bread, olive oil, and calling it “research and development” — the bakery is officially back open.

The stand will be stocked today at 12:30(ish)with breads and treats, and I am so happy to be back baking for you all. As long as Regina doesn’t throw a fit after sleeping for 3 weeks 🫣😂

Italy was a dream, but coming home and feeding our people again feels pretty good too.

Come grab something good while it lasts. You know the drill — I stock the stand, blink twice, and the bread disappears.

Something is happening over here…

There’s been measuring, building, sweating, second guessing, and at least one very solid “what have we gotten ourselves into?”

I’m not saying what it is just yet, but let’s just say the homestead is about to get a little louder, a little cuter, and probably a little more chaotic.

Any guesses?

Venice Day 2: we are officially professionals at getting lost.

Not in a concerning way. More like, “turn down this tiny alley and somehow find the most beautiful view you’ve ever seen” kind of way.

We ate, we walked, we crossed bridges, we ate again, and I continued my very important bakery research. You know… for business purposes. Very professional. Very serious. Definitely not just me happily eating my way through Italy.

Venice, you’re ridiculous in the best way.
