Wow, it has taken a year to do the utilities work, acquire the equipment, build the building, and get all of the licenses etc... but we are producing ice cream now! I'm really grateful to all of the folks that helped us reach this point, but there are a few folks I really have to shout out to (and I hope I'm not forgetting anyone)!
David Conrad - the expert on construction who kept Pete and I on the straight and narrow (block lines that is)!
Pete Thamke - how many friends would sacrifice several weekends of their time to lay foundation blocks?
Howard Dowd - you have been there to help us out so many times it is hard to count - but especially when it came to bringing in a 70' long semi and trailer with a 22,000 payload (the creamery building) immediately after the worst snow storm of the year!
The entire team at Stars Design Group, who did the amazing job of designing our packaging and creating an entire brand deck and campaign.
Of course our great team here at the ranch Jazmin Phares and Dustin Lillie. You guys have all made this possible - thank you!
And a host of local contractors who made this possible including James Peters (Welker Pump Service), James Killion (Kilcon Septic), and Darrin Hollweg (Hollweg Electric), and the folks at Don's Dairy Supply (who built our building).
