Caspian Royal Fish and Caviar, LLC We raise Russian sturgeon fish and harvest the caviar without killing the fish. We will produce the highest quality caviar.

The founder of our company is Tarlan Mirkadyrov. He has done research on sturgeon fish for the past 20 years, many of them in Hawaii where he lives. He discovered that the sturgeon fish that come from a cold environment like the Caspian Sea in Russia can adapt to a warm environment like Hawaii and thrive. He has the vision to bring Russian sturgeon fishery to America and to harvest the caviar with

out killing the fish. In addition, we will be the only sturgeon company in America to use nearly all of the fish to produce a variety of byproducts: leather, cosmetics, medicines, glue, and biofuels.
