Well, the weather just isn’t working in our favor, so we’ve decided to hold off on our breakfast burrito pop-ups until our food trailer is ready, which should be in the next few weeks! 🙌🏽

In the meantime, we’re still accepting local orders for our homemade beef chorizo, fresh salsas, and sauces! 🌶️❤️

October 20th can’t come soon enough! 🌶️🔥

Hittn’ Salsa & Sauce is ready to get back to pop-ups! Weather permitting, we’ll be back serving up your favorite fresh, homemade breakfast burritos!

And we’ve got some exciting news! Our food trailer is expected to be ready by November 20th! We’re getting closer to bringing you the full Hittn’ experience, and we can’t wait!

I may be in Texas, but you know I’m still in the kitchen! ❤️

Made my famous homemade chili and cornbread for the family tonight. Now, before anyone asks …no, this isn’t something that will be on the trailer menu. 😂

I just genuinely love to cook. I cook just about everything, and feeding people has always been one of the ways I show love.

For me, cooking isn’t just business, it’s my passion. Whether I’m home in Arizona, traveling, or visiting family in Texas, somehow I always end up back in the kitchen.

Good food, family, and full bellies… that’s what I love. ❤️

We’re excited to announce that Hittn’ Salsa & Sauce will be back doing pop-ups starting October 20th while we wait for our food trailer to be completed.

Now that the weather is finally cooling down, we’re ready to get back out there serving our fresh-made breakfast burritos, homemade beef chorizo, and Hittn’ sauces and salsas.

Preordering is highly recommended. Not every burrito on our menu will be available at every pop-up unless it is preordered, so if there’s something specific you want, please order ahead to make sure we have it ready for you.

We’ll post our pop-up locations, times, and what will be available as we get closer.

Thank you for continuing to support our small business and for being patient with us while we work toward getting our trailer completed.
