I told y’all I would keep you updated throughout our food trailer journey, so I figured I’d share just a little piece of the plans with you! 🔥

Our trailer plans are currently going through the county review/approval process, and seeing everything on paper makes this feel SO much more real.

There’s still a lot I’m keeping under wraps because I want y’all to experience the FULL reveal when the time comes. So nope… you’re not getting the whole blueprint just yet! 👀

One thing I’ve learned from talking with customers and from being a customer myself, is that everyone has different tastes.

Some people love having sauce already on their tacos or burritos. Others prefer to choose their own salsa, control the amount, or even enjoy the food without any sauce at all.

That’s why, at Hittn’ Salsa & Sauce, we’re leaning toward serving our signature salsas and sauces on the side. It gives you the freedom to enjoy your meal exactly how you like it.

I spend a lot of time asking questions, listening to customer feedback, and researching what creates the best experience. Every decision we make isn’t just about serving great food, it’s about making sure our customers have choices.

At the end of the day, there isn’t a right or wrong way. This is simply the experience we want to create for our customers, because your preferences matter to us. 🌶️❤️

This past week, we had an amazing family vacation in Texas, and my heart is full. ❤️ Spending quality time with family was exactly what we needed.

While I was there, I received several requests for Hittn’ Salsa & Sauce, and believe me, I wanted nothing more than to cook for everyone. Unfortunately, our family schedule didn’t allow the time, but I truly appreciate every person who reached out and asked.

It only made me even more excited for what’s ahead. One day, I’ll have all the licenses and permits in place to bring our food trailer to Texas too! 🇺🇸🌶️

I’m beyond grateful to serve our amazing customers here in Arizona, and I can’t wait for the day I can also serve our Texas family and friends with the same authentic flavors and love that go into everything we make.

Thank you all for your continued support. The journey is just getting started, and we can’t wait to see where God leads us next.
