I am harvesting my 2 hives in Lower Manhattan on Monday morning 10/12/26. All the honey frames have to be carried down 2 flights of stairs from the rooftop on the 31st floor to the elevator on the 29th floor. Looking for volunteers, I’ll send you a jar of this really precious honey about 2 or 3 weeks afterward as a thank you. Call Tom at (917)513-2508 if you can help.

🍯 Take a look at the new selection of Varietal Honey we are bringing out this month. You can taste any or all of them before buying some.
Varietal honeys are not from my bees, they are from my friends who move the honeybee colonies to pollinate different crops. They are not infused with the item in the label, the honeybees go to those flowers and turn the nectar into a specific honey as labeled.
