Hopsology Taproom & Wine Bar WE ARE NOW OPEN!!! We are the West Valley's 1st Taproom to feature ONLY Arizona Craft Beers from all over Arizona! We have a large selection of wines as well.

We have a can to go cooler featuring non-Arizona beers, Non-alcoholic beers and gluten free options too. We have small bites, snacks and are kid friendly too. We do not have a kitchen but are partnering with local food trucks to provide delicious cuisine from all over the valley.

🔥 OUR FRIENDS AT BANDIT BBQ NEED OUR HELP! 🔥

If you’ve been wondering why we haven’t had Bandit BBQ with us for Karaoke Friday the past couple of weeks, there’s a heartbreaking reason.

On the night of August 15th, an unexpected AC fire at their home turned their lives upside down. They’ve been displaced ever since, dealing with the expenses that come with something like this while also losing income from being unable to have the food truck out.

This Friday, September 4th, Bandit BBQ is BACK at Hopsology from 5–8 PM, and we want to show them just how incredible this community can be. ❤️

Come hungry. Let’s SELL THEM OUT. Grab some amazing BBQ, tip generously, and if you’re able, consider making an additional donation. Every meal purchased and every dollar donated helps them get through this incredibly difficult time.

❤️ Hopsology will MATCH the donations we receive for Bandit BBQ. ❤️

🍻 OUR FIRST-EVER DRAFT SQUAD PARTY! 🍻

Today was pretty special. ❤️

We got to celebrate our 2026 Draft Squad members with our very first Draft Squad party, and looking around the taproom today reminded us just how grateful we are for this incredible group of people.

This first year of Hopsology has been an adventure to say the least. We’ve had some amazing highs and definitely our share of unexpected hurdles — job losses, broken walk-in coolers, the everyday challenges of building a brand-new small business, and plenty of moments where we’ve just had to figure it out as we go.

Through all of it, you kept showing up. 🍻

You grabbed a beer, brought your friends, supported our events, shared our posts, told people about us, and continued to support this little taproom we dreamed of creating for 10 yrs. That support has meant more to us than we could ever put into words.

Today was our chance to celebrate YOU, and seeing everyone together enjoying themselves made it such an amazing day.

To every single member of our 2026 Draft Squad — THANK YOU. Thank you for believing in Hopsology, supporting us during these early stages, rolling with the hurdles, and being part of what we’re building here.

We appreciate every beer poured, every laugh at the bar, every conversation, and every bit of love you’ve shown us. ❤️
