Our family lives on one acre of farmland nestled in the middle of Glendale Arizona. Since we moved here we had always wanted to make the most of our land and spend more time outdoors and working on projects together. Our flock grew from 6 hens to nearly 30 hens and of course a few roosters. We loved the idea of healthy fresh organic eggs. Next we planted a large garden with plenty of veggies, so m
any we began giving them away, then selling produce locally in addition to our eggs. Our plan is to raise our own goats, but until then we get our farm fresh milk just down the road from a neighbor with an adorable friendly bunch of Nubian goats. Goat milk soap was our next endeavor. Its been so fun creating new scents and new all natural formulas. Friends and family began getting soap for gifts for just about every occasion and everyone gave back great reviews and requests for more. We added both Aloe and Loofah plants and well as Marigold flowers (also knows as Calendula) and are always thinking of new things to grow to use in our products. We're learning about the benefits and uses of Turmeric and how we can incorporate that into our farm and recipes as well. Whatever we don't, or can't grow or produce on our own, we try our best to buy local, fresh ingredients and support local businesses.
