Weaning day yesterday before the big storm. Mary managed to get some pictures amongst the mayhem. Pigs are now mostly out of the mud, warm and dry. Will get weights this weekend (it's a process).

Posie's litter at day 33. I attempted to move the family from the broader to the grower pen, but mamma Posie had other ideas and decided to take her little ones for a walk on the lawn. Chaos ensued, so I took the opportunity to get some pictures. I've learned that when pigs get out, they will eventually go back on their own or with the help of a little food:)

We have piglets! Posie's second litter out of End Game from Premium Blend Genetics. 9 piglets in this litter, 4 will be available in January. These guys will work for Glenn County Fair and Silver Dollar Fair in May. Contact me if you would like to get on the waiting list.
