The Chocolate Mill would like to thank our customers, fans and supporters for their patronage over the past four years. We are very proud of our accomplishments and feel honored to have been part of the Glens Falls business community. The decision to close The Chocolate Mill came with a great deal of reflection on a number of business, economic and professional factors. We will greatly miss daily interaction with customers and the greater Glens Falls business community as a whole. The Chocolate Mill will be honoring wedding cake contracts and calling clients directly to solidify details or offer reference alternatives. The Chocolate Mill at 164 Glen St. is currently for sale as a turnkey operation.

We are a very "niche" oriented business with a specialized approach and a focus on excellence in everything we do..In the face of increasing competition, sometimes quality just isn't enough. Vollkommer Confections is an artisan chocolate and confections company with retail locations at The Chocolate Mill in Saratoga Springs and Glens Falls, NY. Our chocolates are available through mail order and at Lobels Kitchen in New York, NY.
