🍪 Cookies on the grill? Yes!!! 🍪

I always tell my Girls who Grill classes that anything you make in the oven, you can make on the grill. But I hadn’t tried cookies yet. Here is proof you can grill your cookies (and cookie skillets too).

Thanks Weber Grills for always teaching me new things. Cannot wait to try this.

Such a great sweet & salty addition to your charcuterie boards.

Yes it’s out!!! My favorite goat cheese!! They only have the cranberry version this time of year for the holidays.

And yes you can add pumpkin mousse to your charcuterie boards. Why not???

🧀 How do you cut manchego? 🧀

This is the number 1 question I get asked at all of my charcuterie classes. Start with sharp knives (get them professionally sharpened at least once a year).

Once you cut manchego into these cute little triangles, there are so many different arrangements you can do!

🥂 Babs Boards 5 year anniversary in October 🥂

Later this month is Babs Boards 5 year anniversary and I was with the visionary, Robin, last weekend. We reminisced about that Fall weekend 5 years ago when Babs Boards was born. I had recently “retired” and was looking for something fun to do. Robin came up with the idea for me to start a charcuterie business. And the rest is history.

Thanks Robin for the wonderful idea. What a ride indeed.
