We've got a new look! 😍

Starting this week, we replaced all produce bags with new, fully compostable ones. From the start, we've always focused on keeping our environmental impact as low as possible. That's one of the best parts of growing hydroponically! We've achieved that in many ways, from extreme water efficiency to electricity offset by solar-generated, renewable energy to reduced environmental impact by delivering local. But it's been a challenge to balance the need to keep greens fresh vs. minimizing plastic use in delivery containers.

Well, we've found our answer! Besides being compostable, our new bags are locally sourced in Chicago (Elevate Packaging!) and made in the USA. It doesn't get much better than that. 😊
