DURHAM RANCH WAGYU BRISKET

Time to fire up the smoker, Forza fans. Whether you’re running a traditional stick burner with lump charcoal or loading up the pellet smoker for an all-day cook, Durham Ranch American Wagyu brisket is the kind of cut that reminds you exactly why low-and-slow barbecue is worth every minute.

Right now these full-blooded American Wagyu briskets are one of the best values in the butcher case.
