We have zero hogs and zero pigs, no little pigs, no big pigs, no breeding pigs, no butcher pigs and we will not have anymore for several years. 🙂

Our Guinea Hog farm adventures started with a special trio and this chapter will close with a different trio of feeders. These are the last 3 hogs on the farm before we move. Yesterday, Puddles, Freda, and Jericho along with Loki the goat traveled to a new farm in nearby Braxton County. We are so thankful for our time raising these special hogs and we are happy to have spread American Guinea Hogs to new farms in WV and surrounding states.

Yesterday, I moved their fence to give them access to fresh grass. It's a great sight to see little piglets enjoying fresh grass and cover. 💜

Yesterday I witnessed the equivalent of a 2 year old fit from nine piglets demanding breakfast from momma Freda. Can you imagine nine toddlers? She's such a patient momma. Next week they'll begin weaning.

Before having hogs, I never knew how vocal they could be. Jericho has a very distinct voice. She usually tells me, "Wook, wook, wook!" when she thinks it's time to eat. I think she's training her piglets to do the same.
