PLEASE READ OUR SALES/DEPOSIT POLICY BEFORE INQUIRING ABOUT PURCHASING OUR ANIMALS ❤️.
CFR Rabbitry has the right to refuse anyone for the purchase of our animals...these are our babies❤️
1. A deposit is a deposit. Deposit are nonrefundable and are required to hold an animal so that someone else doesn’t buy it.
Once a deposit has been made that animal is reserved. If you no longer want said animal the deposit is non-refundable, we apologize but we only want serious offers and it’s a waste of our time when we could still be finding buyers for said animal.
The only way a refund is returned is if the animal passes away, or if we should decide to keep it. As the breeder we reserve first choice of all litters.
2. We are now requesting a 50% deposit of the full price for the animal. Without this, we might not be able to reserve it for you.
This is what’s best for us and the business, we only want serious offers.
3. The balance for the animal is due at pick up or three days prior. If you fail to do so the animal will not be transported until the rest of the month is sent.
This is in no way an attempt at being rude, but we work hard and love all of our animals and out all of our time into them.
It is the buyers responsibility to keep track of what they need to pay for a rabbit before transport.
This also applies for finding transport. It is the buyers responsibility to find transport, not the sellers.
4. Deposit are good for 90 days, after that they are no longer able to be applied to an animal, as we feel you have had plenty of time to pick up your animals.
We accept PayPal (friend transfer only) If you do not do friends transfer and we are charged a fee we will ask for said fee to be reimbursed upon pickup/transport.

5. We ask that your new pet be picked up the day it’s ready. It is important that the buyer is on time for pickups, for us/transport and the animal.
1 hour is scheduled for each customer getting a new animal so we can explain their care and health needs. If one person is late, it makes everyone suffer.
Our time is valuable, please check your maps, where were located and plan your drive accordingly, please remember to factor in possible traffic.
If you cannot, please make arrangements with me. If for some reason an animal is left here for an unreasonable amount of time, we will relist the animal for sale and you will not get a refund.
6. As for a guarantee on the lives of animals after they leave our farm. This is tricky. I will be sending “well check up” pictures of a rabbit/ animal going on transport, that you cannot pick up yourself and inspect yourself on pick up.
Accidents do happen, we try our best to properly s*x each rabbit, but if it happens to be wrong there’s not much we can do asides from an apology.
I do not refund for s*x-fairy. I do guarantee that the animals on our farm are healthy, and receive excellent care, regular shots, dewormer, coccidia prevention, etc.
With this said, we cannot be held responsible for what happens after an animal leaves the farm. We do our best to s*x the animals, but mistakes happen with rabbits.
If the buyer wants to re-home the animal/animals due to living conditions/changing situations/simply not wanting the animal/animals any longer they must be returned to us and there will be no refund.
