Attention all of my Vidalia Customers if you would like a box comment or message me the size you would like. I will be making Vidalia deliveries on Tuesday, March 14. The cut off date for orders will be this Saturday.

Today I had my inspection and I passed with flying colors. Many do not know how much work goes on behind the scenes in order to legally and safely run/operate this type of business. For example, in order to be certified and pass inspection for a charcuterie business you must have your own establishment with 3 sinks, stainless steel countertops, refrigerator, proper shelving and storage, etc. just to make the boxes and boards. To safely prepare the items you also must wear hairnets and food safe gloves, and keep everything at the correct temperature. These are just a few of the requirements that The Department of Agriculture requires for this type of business. With that being said, I haven’t posted many pictures lately but I have been slowly getting back into a full schedule since having my daughter. I took a few months off to be with her and my son who started school this year. As of tomorrow I will begin taking orders up to the capacity I was at before. Boxes of all sizes, boards, tables, events, etc. are welcomed. Also thanks to some special people, my boxes will now be available for purchase at Hooky’s in McRae! Stop by and pick up some seafood and a box to go! Thank you all so much for your continued support and well wishes! I will post pictures of a few of my most recent events/orders soon.

Hello everyone! I haven’t been posting as much due to us being booked and busy and wanted to pop on and address a few things. I’ve had quite a few people message me and ask if I am still taking orders..we definitely are! We book up so fast, pre-booking is just about the only way to reserve a spot. Especially with Easter, graduation, and wedding season among us, please consider booking in advance! As always I look forward to working with all of you and am thankful for the continued support!
