s ensures that we have the finest olives and the freshest oil. Our olives are carefully hand-picked and immediately taken to the mill where they are expertly processed into Oregon's finest olive oil. Our production manager stays with our olives until they're milled, then brings it back here to the ranch where they are bottled and labeled by hand. It's a small-scale operation giving it that special loving touch!
