CRABS EXPRESS IS PROUD TO SERVE SALTY FAT OYSTERS YEAR ROUND!!! COME GET SOME TODAY!😋

Fun fact: there is an old myth that says in the months that don’t have an “R” in them, that you aren’t supposed to eat oysters. Our state health department has carefully placed rules and regulations that ensure the safety of the oysters all year round. In the warm months of the year, one most popular way of keeping the oysters safe to eat is, our watermen throw the oysters into what is called an “ice box” while catching them and then at the end of the fish, will open the box up and shovel them all into baskets and load them into a cooler immediately. It is a waterman’s labor of love to wake up at 4 am, go out in all kinds of weather, and catch these beauties for all of us to enjoy! If you see a waterman in our community today, thank him!
