Fence Maintenance Tip: Fixing Wavy Woven Wire

Before and after on a section of no-climb woven wire fence we didn't originally build, but maintain.

Even with proper stretching, spacing, and bracing, high tensile woven wire waves over time from heat/cold and ground movement — that's just how this fence behaves. This section still had tension left in it, so tightening it up section by section buys more time before it needs a full re-stretch or replacement.

Tip: attach found fly boots to tractor roll bar while mowing pastures.
Pro tip: don't forget to give them to the client before driving on to the next farm.

(This was in one of our own pastures, but I did forget to take the boot to the barn, so on the tractor it'll be for a month)
